The deal, promoting Dior Backstage make-up, runs from March 14 to April 1 and covers the opening and closing credits and break bumpers during eight hour-long programmes as well as the live final.
'Make Me A Supermodel' will whittle down thousands of model hopefuls to 12 finalists, who will have to live together under one roof while being observed by fly-on-the-wall cameras.
The series will culminate in a live catwalk final between the last three contestants, with the overall winner receiving a modelling contract with UK agency Select.
It is being backed by an advertising campaign, created by TBWA\London. It shows two models having a cat fight and the strapline "It's going to get ugly", and will run in magazines and posters. The ad was written by Tim Hearn and art directed by Graham Cappi.
Ruth Newton-Jones, managing director of Parfums Christian Dior, said: "The combination of glamour and accessibility is exactly what Dior Backstage make up is trying to achieve. We are delighted to be tying up with Five's 'Make Me a Supermodel'."
Ultimo bra model Hunter, who was married to rock star Rod Stewart for nine years, will present the primetime show.
The show is being made by Tiger Aspect, the production company behind Channel 4 hit 'Teachers'. The sponsorship deal was brokered by Five's head of sales Jamie West and Team UK Media.
"It's great news to have Dior, one of the most prestigious beauty brands in the world on board as sponsor for Make Me a Supermodel," said West.
