Five royal venues with event space

Royal Institution Venue 

Event spaces include The Library, Georgian Room, Writing Room, the Cartier Room and Mezzanine. The Cartier Room can host up to 50 people for a reception/buffet, or 30 people for dinner, with the Mezzanine offering the same capacity. The Library can host up to 100 people for a reception, and the Georgian Room has a maximum capacity of 80.

RIBA Venues

The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) venue at 66 Portland Place in London boasts a total of 23 event spaces suitable for creative events, receptions, dinners and meetings, as well as three roof terraces that offer views across the city. Its tiered auditorium has the capacity for 400 guests, while Florence Hall can host evening receptions for up to 400 and seated dinners for a maximum of 250 guests.

Royal Liver Building - The Venue

An iconic building in the Liverpool skyline, the Royal Liver Building offers event spaces for parties, product launches, fashion shows, and photo shoots, for example. Opening this summer, The Venue is located on the first floor of the building and offers views across the Mersey. It can host 120 people seated and up to 200 standing.

Hampton Court Palace

Hampton Court Palace in Surrey has hosted events for the past 500 years, with eight different venues currently available for private hire. The building itself features large state rooms, grand staircases and cobbled courtyards.

Its largest space, The Great Hall, can host up to 400 people for a reception or 270 for a dinner. The Great Watching Camber can host up to 150 people for a reception, while smaller spaces such as The Little Banqueting House and The King's Eating Room are able to host 80 and 60 people respectively. There is also a Garden Room which has a maximum capacity of 300 for receptions.

Royal Botanical Gardens - Kew

Kew Gardens in Richmond, Surrey, offers a number of venues for events and parties, within easy reach of London. Spaces include Cambridge Cottage, which is available for parties or corporate events for 30-100 guests. The Orangery at Kew is located in the heart of Kew Gardens and can be used for evening receptions, dinner events and private parties for up to 230 guests, while the Nash Convservatory can host events for up to 200 people.
