As yet, no contestants have been named, but it is likely that a host of Z-list celebrities will be vying for a place on the series, which made Loos a household name. Tabloid fodder Abi Titmus is a sure favourite to make the list.
Five's director of programmes Dan Chambers, who commissioned the second series, said that 'The Farm''s ratings success has proved the channel "can do reality" with success.
The three-week series, which debuted last October, grew ratings to 1.8m or an 8.9% audience share on its final evening, thanks mostly to the huge amount of publicity generated by Loos as she serviced a pig and flirted with other cast members.
Other contestants included former footballer Stan Collymore, magician Paul Daniels and rapper Vanilla Ice, who clashed with everyone.
In total, nine celebrities trade in their luxurious lifestyles for mud, sweat and tears on 'The Farm'. Among the group's tasks were manure collecting, sheep dagging and driving combine harvesters.
Despite Loos antics she lost out in the show, coming third behind eventual winner, TV presenter Jeff Brazier, the former boyfriend of 'Big Brother' star Jade Goody.
Five's last attempt at reality TV in February 2004, 'Back to Reality', did not go as well as 'The Farm', notching up an average of 1m viewers (4.7%) over its three-week run.
