First Direct "unexpected" by JWT

First Direct introduces a lizard called Little Frill in a new TV campaign. JWT London created the ad, in which Little Frill gets angry with companies for their poor customer service and talks about how great First Direct is. It has a similar look to the bank’s previous work, which introduced a talking platypus called Barry. The spot was teased ahead of a full launch on 21 September and will run until November, supported by social and digital activity. It was created by Miles Bingham and directed by Dom & Nic through Outsider.
