
Carter previously launched the promotional and hospitality staffing company along with fellow co-owner Jack Edwards.
His role is a newly-created position at The Field and will see him take responsibility for creatively marketing the agency, creating new business relationships and helping the team to maintain existing client relationships. Carter will also oversee social media management, blogging, events and PR.
The agency’s existing client list includes Gruppo Campari, Microsoft, Asus, Xbox and Ubisoft. Carter told Event the agency is currently working on delivering large-scale projects for its brands in Q3 and Q4 this year.
He added: "Having previously created a successful start-up staffing company, I felt that a move to an established experiential agency would be the best career move for me. I can't wait to share my experience with my colleagues and learn from the management team in what's going to be a really diverse role.
"I’m here to create more excitement in the experiential world and I’m looking forward to the start of my in-house, experiential marketing career."
