The Somerset-based company, which rears and butchers its own cattle, will serve up locally sourced produce to revellers from a 24-hour pop-up kitchen.

Set up by city boy James Mansfield and farmer’s son James Flower Field & Flower catered for VIP guests in Virgin Media’s Louder Lounge at V Festival last year.

The Glastonbury menu will include gourmet beef burgers, steak baguettes, West Country slow roasted pork baps and Somerset lamb burgers.

"We are very excited to have secured a pitch at Glastonbury; it’s the pinnacle of the festival calendar," said Mansfield.

Last year Field & Flower appeared at London's Borough market, the Real Food Festival and the Taste of London festival.
