Fiandaca replaces Arnold at Profero

Daniele Fiandaca, the global chief operating officer of Profero, has been promoted to European chief executive of the digital agency.

He replaces Wayne Arnold, one of Profero's co-founders, who vacated the role in April to set up the agency's first US office in New York.

Fiandaca, who has been at Profero since 1999, will inherit Arnold's remit, overseeing the agency's European operations and working with the partner agency Plan.net in Paris, Munich and Zurich.

He will also be responsible for the agency's pan-regional clients, including AstraZeneca, Lufthansa, Johnson & Johnson and Western Union.

Much of Fiandaca's responsibilities will be assumed by Chris Adamson of TCS, who joins as Profero's group chief finance officer.

Fiandaca said: "I look forward to taking the mantle from Wayne, who has laid some fantastic foundations in Europe."

Arnold said: "With my move to New York, Daniele is the natural choice to fill the position. He already has a vast amount of experience in the European markets."
