Ferrero UK supports launch with TV ad
Ferrero UK is supporting the launch of Tic Tac's Extra Strong flavour with a TV ad breaking on July 1. The execution, called 'Towel', retains the brand's 'Shake your Tic Tac' strapline. It opens with a girl on a beach struggling to change under her towel due to a strong wind. She looks around and discovers that the wind is coming from a man blowing in her direction. He then pops an Extra Strong Tic Tac in his mouth. Upon realising that he has been spotted, he shakes his pack of Tic Tacs and she flashes him a smile. The commercial runs until the end of August. Tic Tac's target market is predominantly 16- to 24-year-old men. Creative is by WCRS, with media through Initiative.
