Feather Brooksbank has scooped the £1m media buying and
planning task for Real Radio, part of The Guardian Media Group
(GMG).
The Edinburgh agency won the work in a four-way pitch, beating the Guy
Robertson Partnership, Media Shop and CIA Scotland.
GMG put the business up for review last month, briefing the four
agencies to devise a marketing campaign for the launch of the Real Radio
brand in Scotland.
The station, scheduled to launch on 7 January, will be promoted through
a teaser campaign across TV and outdoor media in Scotland at the end of
the year.
GMG bought Real Radio, previously known as Scot FM, from Talksport in
June. The station broadcasts to the central belt of Scotland.
