LONDON - Bank, the high-street fashion retailer owned by JD Sports, has appointed Retail Eyes to improve interaction between staff and consumers.

Retail Eyes previously implemented a customer-experience programme for JD Sports.

Bank has tasked the agency with delivering an in-store programme that drives greater interaction between staff and customers. Staff will be encouraged to share their ‘passion for fashion' in its 59 stores across the UK.
