What are your ambitions/goals for the business?
I would love to be the number one agency in five years time, running 100% sustainable festivals and outdoor activities, and I want to still be working with great people like The Prince's Trust.
I want to work with like-minded people and my dream is to work with Raymond Blanc, and Pukka Teas, Virgin Media Pioneers, watch this space.
What is your best piece of work or stand-out moment?
Working with Little Big Shot and helping them win the award for best new product with the help of our launches and sponsorship programmes that ran last summer.
What makes you a Fab 50 Newcomer?
I am small and beautifully formed, I care about what we leave behind after events, not just rubbish and waste, but how attendance impacts on sales and purchase. At the end of the day it's about raising awareness, money, calls to action. These I things I like to give me clients data and feedback on after an event.
So many brands waste their energy and money on event spends that don't monitor results. I prefer for a client to have one great event that has reached its targets and goals, that makes me and my team tick. We get a kick out of leaving a place in a better state then when we arrived.
We are passionate, nimble, and we will be in demand when the big festivals have to build in social responsibility and sustainability to their events.
