What are your ambitions/goals for the business?
I also design all food service equipment and have it produced in perspex, with my website soon to launch. I would like to see all the top caterers using my products on their events.
What is your best piece of work or stand-out moment?
I designed the first ever dinner in the nave of St Paul's Cathedral. Beyond that, styling Create Food's annual venue dinner from which they and the other suppliers involved still use the images for all of their marketing.
