What are your ambitions/goals for the business?
To establish S&B within the London events industry providing a healthy option to the norm whilst maintaining a sophisticated and innovative service of deliciously and nutritionally designed, wheat- and dairy-free canapes, bowled food, buffets, dining and DDR menus.
What is your best piece of work or stand-out moment?
The VIP Premiere of Run For Your Wife; VIP premiere of The Double; Diane Von Furstenberg for six days over fashion week, IMG Models for five days over fashion week.

What makes you a Fab 50 Newcomer?
We are on-trend with the retail food industry in London meaning we are the first caterer to really consider healthy eating within the corporate events industry. When designing our menus we take into account common allergies and intolerance within the population, whilst providing a broad and tasty food offering which includes fish, poultry and game whilst avoiding deep frying, any refined foods, beef which is high in acid and wheat and dairy.
We cook with coconut oil because it remains stable when heated to high temperatures. Our food is vibrant and colourful encompassing all the style of a high-end London caterer. S&B front-of-house staff are stylishly dressed with a friendly, competent manner.
