What are your ambitions/goals for the business?
Becoming the leading supplier of staff in London. We are currently rebranding our company and are diversifying into providing promotional staff.
What is your best piece of work or stand-out moment?
The London 2012 Olympic Games - we were feeding over 3,000 staff from US TV network NBC on a daily basis. Working for Behind The Scenes Catering, the largest independent caterer in the US, our chefs, waiters and porters worked across six Olympic sites.
What makes you a Fab 50 Newcomer?
We are a company with a fresh approach to staffing. We work very closely with our clients and our managers work as waiters themselves on a regular basis.
It allows us to get to know the unique way in which each of our clients like to run their events and also gives us a chance to get to know our people which is quite unique.
