Jane Putley takes on the role of group display advertising manager across the individual teams.
She will work with group managing director Stan Myerson to negotiate advertising deals across the portfolio as necessary.
The titles will come under the control of staff in group head roles.
Jason Campbell joins from IPC's Uncut to manage the Daily Express, along with Quill Cheyne, who is promoted from sales representative.
The Sunday Express and the Daily Star Sunday will be headed by Robert Gray and Jonathan Pacey respectively. Steve Molloy and Mark Grove, who joined recently from The Scotsman , will take charge at the Daily Star .
Luc Borg becomes head of classified, Iain Duffy takes responsibility for the Express supplements and Paul Mitchell is promoted to sales development group head.
Muniza Hussain and Lee Bailey continue in their roles as group heads for celebrity magazines and Happy magazine respectively.
Myerson said the restructure was part of the company's plans to give an increased focus to each of the titles.
In April, three of the newspaper group's most senior advertising bosses were axed as part of a management cull. Advertising controllers Karen Newton and Gary Savage and head of classified advertising, Jeremy Slattery, were not replaced. Instead, Melanie Danks, then advertising director at the Daily Star and the Daily Star Sunday , took on responsibility for all four titles.
In August, Danks went off to America on a one-year secondment as publisher of the US edition of OK! magazine. At the time, group head Justin Purkiss, who has since left the company, took charge of the Daily Star and the Daily Star Sunday .
The changes were given a mixed reception by press directors.
One said there had been too many changes in the past year. He added: "I think they need to settle down. Jane Putley is good, but she needs more depth and experience within the team."
Another added: "They were really understaffed, but Jason Campbell and Mark Grove will provide good experience and Jane Putley needs people like that."
