LONDON (Brand Republic) - Express Newspapers proprietor Richard Desmond has settled his dispute with Daily Telegraph owner Hollinger International over their jointly owned West Ferry printing business.
Desmond is said to have agreed to settle outstanding bills of around £3m out of a dividend payment from the business of around £11m.
However, the two rivals are yet to resolve the issue of how much Desmond's half of the printing business is worth.
Hollinger recently exercised an option to buy out its partner when it took over Express Newspapers from United Business Media in November.
