Experian has been running online surveys for some time, promoted via its email-marketing service ContactMail.
Peter Thompson, sales director at Experian, commented: "Although this continues to work well, it is important to reach as wide an audience as possible for each of our chosen media channels, to ensure the breadth and depth of data coverage for our list-rental business."
TBG plans to use a variety of media owners and concentrate on CPC and CPA deals.
