The agency, based in Madrid, will be renamed Experian Marketing Services Spain. It was founded in 1999 and has around 50 employees, offering technical solutions and supporting database marketing and data cleansing activities.
David Coupe, managing director of Experian's marketing services division, said: "The new company is an excellent fit for Experian's medium- to long-term ambitions in both the Spanish marketing services sector and our wider growth plans in Europe.
"We believe there are significant opportunities to grow both the overall size of the market and the company's market share in Spain using our proven integrated service offering."
Experian is a marketing services company that helps clients develop customer relationship management systems. It has 12,000 staff in more than 50 countries, with annual sales of almost £1.1bn.
