Garrard will work to drive growth within the events division of the business alongside client services director and board director Sian Baker.
She joins from BD Network, where she was senior account director within the experiential team. Here she worked with clients such as Nintendo and Arla.
Before this, she worked with the likes of Dreamworks, Warner Bros and the Walt Disney Company at strategic marketing agency Five33.
Morrison said: "Felicity’s appointment comes at an exciting time for PrettyGreen as we grow the events offering. We need strong client directors who will drive innovation and growth within our existing client portfolio."
