
Love joins the company from Brandfuel, where he held a number of roles, the most recent being senior production manager.
Love is credited with establishing the agency's production department, which has gone on to execute a series of conferences, exhibitions and product launches for brands including Google, Twitter, UEFA, One Young World and ITV.
In addition, he worked across all of the agency’s accounts in both production and account management capacities.
The new role will see Love focus on continuing to grow the agency by developing its production offering and expanding on its existing portfolio of projects.
Stuart Bradbury, managing director at Avantgarde told Event: "We chose Chris based on his experience, his enthusiasm for the role and his fit within the agency's culture.
"He forms part of our management team and will head up all production within the business, working across our automated and international clients."
