
He succeeds James Mark, who has been with the venue since its launch in 2000 and helped deliver the 2012 Olympics at the venue.
Brindley worked with more than 250 retail partners at Travelex and has a background in business leadership and marketing with Heathrow Airport Ltd, Heathrow Express, Unilever and a number of major consumer brands.

Brindley’s appointment comes at a time when ExCeL is focusing on developing its relationship with business partners in the events industry by offering an expanded suite of end-to-end event solutions.
