He has also secured a new sales contract with Clear Channel Outdoor, via new trading vehicle, VMG Global.

Trading of shares in Vision Media Group International was suspended on 10 July, after the company admitted it faced a "worsening cash flow crisis" and an "inability to secure additional funding". On 17 July, Tenon Recovery was appointed administrator for the company.

Vision Media Group was formed in January 2008, when the troubled ScreenFX bought Screen Media Networks. The new firm retained much of ScreenFX's debt, which is understood to have added to its difficulties.

Rob Atkinson, managing director, Clear Channel Outdoor UK, said its new long-term contract with VMG Global meant the two firms would continue to work together to "install and sell advertising on cutting-edge digital panels" in shopping malls across the UK.
