Tequila Payne Stracey trio Jane Asscher, Adam Wylie and Sean Kinmont have launched 23red, their own shop which claims to offer 'seamlessly integrated solutions across disciplines'.
According to Asscher, who takes on the role of managing partner and chairman, the agency has a 'focus on ideas rather than disciplines'.
Adam Wylie, managing partner and managing director, said all the agency's business would be by payment by results, and that clients from five sectors had already been secured.
Kinmont is managing partner and creative director. The three left top posts at Tequila two months ago (P&I, September 2000).
