Wade was made redundant from her position at European Events last month shortly before the company went into voluntary liquidation.
She said she will utilise 14 years experience in sales, events and marketing to build on the venue's event offering.
"The circuit has some of the best conferencing and hospitality facilities in the country, as well as the UK's largest outdoor showground, which are not being used to full potential," she said.
"As part of my role it is my responsibility to build on this area and utilise these facilities much more to help to transform Rockingham into a regional centre for conferencing and events."
