Heiss will report to W&K London executive creative directors Tony Davidson and Iain Tait. He joins the agency from the Studio of Art & Commerce, which he co-founded and where he worked with brands such as BrewDog, Boots and Serious Pig.

In 2015 Heiss left Dare, where he spent 15 years as executive creative director. While there he created campaigns for clients including Sony, Converse, Lynx and Johnnie Walker, and Dare was named ±±¾©Èü³µpk10’s Digital Agency of the Decade.

Before Dare, Heiss was head of design at Razorfish for two years.

Heiss said: "You know when you walk in somewhere and you feel instantly at home? Wiedens is like that for me. Joining a place where everything is about making the best work with the best people for the best brands in the world is just so, so exciting. And being able to learn from Tony and Iain and everyone else in the agency is a dream come true.

"I’m ready to make some seriously crazy, weirdly beautiful, super wonderful things here."

Tait added: "I’ve always been a massive admirer of Flo (and his work). As we continue to develop differently shaped work for differently shaped clients, Flo’s expertise and experience will be invaluable. The agency is thrilled to have him here."
