Evolve Events and Dish played host to 150 event organisers at their 2009 Christmas party concept showcase at Village Underground's V Lounge.
(non-alcoholic cocktails), Champagne and a range of nibbles including blinis with beetroot-cured salmon, crostini with olive tapenede and chocolate brownies, all provided by Dish.
Entertainment was provided by Urban Style Orchestra and Urban Groove who added sax and bongo solos over a DJ set.
Later in the evening, a flame eating display was provided by Firechild.
