1. Ticket to ride
Our friends from Vault London will be helping to transport our glamorous, invite-only guests to and from the venue tonight. Guests will have the opportunity to be picked up from South Kensington Underground station at the following times:
6:20pm
6:40pm
7:00pm
7:20pm
Note – there will only be one shuttle bus at the end of the night, set for departure at 11pm. This will take guests to Piccadilly Circus and then onto Victoria.
2. A bit of sparkle
Our wonderful hosts at The Collection will be bringing a sprinkling of festive cheer to proceedings, with a sparkling drinks reception and festive fancies in the form of canapés and bowl food.
3. Snap happy
Capture your party faces in our dedicated Christmas party booth, courtesy of Fantasy Imaging. Make sure you share your own snaps online with us via the hashtag #EventXmas and on our Twitter handle @Eventmagazine.
4. Ice, ice baby
If it’s not cold enough for you outside, why not treat yourself to a cool snack at Ice Angels’ liquid nitrogen ice cream bar.
5. Are we waffling on?
We hope not, but speaking of which… Ideas Box is going to be serving up some delicious Belgian waffles with a selection of toppings.
6. Eye candy
Bolli Darling's delightful and delectable candy canapé darlings will be circulating amongst our guests tonight, tempting and teasing with their irresistible charms and sweet treats.
7. Bending over backwards
While we’re pulling out all the stops, Kru Talent’s contortionist Beth Sykes will be going the extra mile.
8. Thank you for the music
Vintage music group One For My Baby will be providing the soundtrack to Event’s Christmas party, performing nostalgic jazz with a refreshing new twist.
9. Who’s made the club?
The star attraction on the night will be the big Event 100 Club reveal, giving our VIP guests the chance to see where they have ranked in the 2015 edition of the list.
