
The template, which took more than 12 months to draw-up, will address "key issues" for inclusion in contracts, such as payment profiles, cancellation charges and liability.
"This has been a bigger task than we ever thought it would be," said chair of Eventia's Regulation Committee Brian Kirsch.
"The next stage is to consult with a cross-section of Eventia members before we launch what we intend to promote as a standard of good practice governing the relationship between agencies and their corporate clients."
