Oxford International senior account manager Susannah Sheffield and Gallowglass HR and CSR staffer Simon Jones bring the working party to ten members.
"I am well aware of the social and environmental impact of event management," said Sheffield. "The industry clocks up thousands of air miles, consumes a vast amount of power and destroys many trees worth of welcome letters, agendas and handouts."
Melanie Delaplanche of First Protocol has left the committee on maternity leave until next year. First Protocol chief executive Richard Waddington will take her place for the next few months.
