
I got into the event industry because it gave me the chance to use my creativity and organisational skills in a job that was exciting and rewarding, where I got to see my ideas come to life.
I have worked here since 1997.
I was attracted to this particular role because… Taking over as managing director at TBA 15 years ago gave me the opportunity to lead and grow a well established agency, which was formed in 1983.
Not many people know that I came third in the World Hovercraft Championships.
The best event I’ve been involved was... The brand experiences we created at last year’s Rugby World Cup were brilliantly executed, and re-defined sports hospitality.
If I could do it all over again I would… I've enjoyed every minute of leading the team at TBA and would do it again with a lot more knowledge and experience!
The one thing I can’t stand is when things are not done properly.
Outside of work I spend my time in the countryside at weekends.
If money were no object I would invest even more money back into TBA to keep accelerating its growth and build on the success we are achieving.
If I could switch places with anyone else in the industry it would be… I can’t think of a better role than being part of TBA at this exciting time for the agency.
If I ruled the event industry I would surround myself with the best people I could and watch my back as there is always someone snapping at your heels!
TBA worked with Diageo to create its , which featured brands such as Tanqueray No. Ten, Ketel One Vodka and Haig Club.
