Background
With 12 years in the event industry, Bones’ experience ranges from Madame Tussauds to Somerset House Trust, where she secured Casa Brasil for London 2012 in her role as head of events. Bones moved from the Royal Institute of British Architects, where she was head of venues, to her current post in August 2012.
Achievements in 2013
Organising more than 80 events at Banqueting House helped generate revenues of £900,000, while Bones also had strategic responsibility for £5m at Historic Royal Palaces. She has a strong commitment to the industry, and was a judge for the Event Awards, as well as being a board member for the Unique Venues of London collective. In her latest role, Bones also helped to deliver the Open House London event, welcoming thousands of people to the historic property during one weekend in September.
