The news marks the third acquisition for the firm in just nine months, and will see it expand its depot network in three UK areas – Cambridge, Kent and Scotland.
"Anglia Traffic Management Group caught our attention because we have continual demand to provide traffic management services," said Eve Trakway managing director Rick Barnett. "We also have an interest in companies that not only complement our existing portfolio of services, but also match our standards for quality, along with health and safety."
The deal was handled by Park Place Corporate Finance, while Hammonds in Leeds provided legal expertise and services.
