The pair will join the agency later this month and work across TBWA's client list, including Absolut, Adidas, Nissan and Pernod Ricard.
They will report directly to Dede Laurentino, TBWA's executive creative director, who was a colleague of the team at LewLara\TBWA Sao Paulo.
Abram, a copywriter, and Kuwabara, an art director, have worked at Euro RSCG as creative directors for the past 15 months.
While at the agency, they were responsible for Dulux's "let's colour" campaign.
Before Euro RSCG, they worked in their native Brazil at shops such as DM9DDB, Lowe and Opus&Multipla.
Laurentino said: "I think the British experience Fabio and Braulio have had makes them an even stronger team. It's like having the best of both worlds. They're prolific, crafty and come up with truly media-agnostic ideas."
Abram added: "When Dede came into the picture and invited us, we felt it was a great opportunity to repeat in London a team that worked in Brazil. We couldn't say no."
