Williams joins from Gordons AV/Hot AV Multimedia Services, where he was a senior new business development manager.
At Etherlive he will be managing existing accounts and developing the company's corporate conference arm. He will also build Etherlive’s relationships across UK venues and with agency bookers.
Williams said: "I am fortunate to have joined such an innovative industry leader. We have many opportunities in the coming months and I am excited to be working with such a talented and dedicated team."
