
The venue has capacity for 500 guests and will be situated next door to Marks & Spencer’s Paddington headquarters.
"Paddington is unrecognisable from a few years back and is emerging as an important business district in London, on the back of the impressive Paddington Basin and Waterside developments," said ETC Venues managing director Alastair Stewart.
"Our results for last year were encouraging, with sales, in a very challenging year, growing by 6% year on year to £15.7m (12 months to 30 June 2010). We have started 2010/11 even better with sales up 18% after the first five months."
