Expomedia purchased the show from Escape Events in 2006, but went into administration earlier this year.
Escape Events plan to re-launch the event in January 2010 with the revised title of Adventure Travel Live.
According to Escape Events managing director Martin Anslow, the show will return as the niche consumer travel event dedicated to the exciting world of adventure and off-the-beaten track travel and will be partnered by the Telegraph Media Group.
The company also plan to re-launch the Spa Show, another former Expomedia event.
