TM Lewin replaces Hugo Boss as commercial partner.
The retailer, which was established back in 1898, currently has over 80 stores across the UK and a global ecommerce business. It offers a range of menswear which includes men’s shirts, suits, ties, cufflinks, casual and outwear.
As part of the tie-up, TM Lewin will provide each member of the England squad with its navy suit from its Red Label collection, along with classic Windsor slim-fit shirts and panama weave silk ties.
In return, the retailer will receive a range of commercial assets which includes access to England cricketers – who this weekend are heading to Australia for the Ashes tour - for promotional and media purposes.
Additionally, it will receive exclusive behind-the-scenes video content of the England cricket team for use on TM Lewin’s community website, international tickets, in-stadia advertising, and use of team photography and England cricket team lock-up logo.
Geoff Quinn, chief executive of TM Lewin, said: "England cricket is a fitting association for us as it underlines our core brand values of heritage, quality and English tradition. We are delighted to be able to cater for the formalwear needs of the players, having worked closely with the ECB to offer a stylist look befitting our national team."
Nick Moore, EDB head of sales, said: "It’s testament to the team’s continued success and the profile of the players that we’re able to attract commercial interest from such established high-street brands as TM Lewin."
England’s up-and-coming internationals, following the Ashes tour, include the ICC World Cup in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
