- Mike Soutar, managing director of the Emap Radio owned dance station Kiss, has been named to the new position of creative director of Emap Radio.
Soutar will be responsible for developing new and innovative programming ideas across Emap's radio brands, which include Kiss and Magic, as well as generating and co-ordinating masthead programming ideas within the Emap group.
Dee Ford managing director of Emap Radio will take on the role of managing director of Kiss.
