
Lynn, who left FCB Inferno London last month during a creative team reshuffle, replaces Geometry UK chief creative officer Juan-José Posada, who returned to Latin America to become Geometry’s global chief creative officer, LatAm.
At Geometry, Lynn will oversee creative across a number of disciplines and industry sectors, including omnichannel and e-commerce, events and experiential, brand and design and business-to-business.
Working alongside Geometry chief executive Michelle Whelan, Lynn will handle clients including Emirates, Danone, GSK, Coca-Cola, Kimberly-Clark, HSBC, Mondelez, Unilever and The Royal British Legion.
Lynn brings 25 years of creative experience to Geometry. She joined FCB in January 2016. Before that she was executive creative director at M&C Saatchi between 2012 and 2015. She has also worked at MullenLowe Profero.
Whelan described Lynn as "a modern creative and innovative thinker, fiercely committed to shaping human behaviour", who "inspires people to stretch their abilities to the max".
She said: "Her arrival comes at a strategically important time as we continue to develop innovative solutions that combine data, creativity and core technologies together with powerful human insights to help clients enrich their marketing effectiveness."
Lynn added: "As most of us know, this industry is anything but ‘boring’. And I’m highly interested in doing more non-traditional, innovative ideas for clients. Innovation isn’t a ‘nice to do’, but essential to the ideas we create."
Lynn’s creative highlights include June’s Uefa’s "We play strong" campaign, designed to challenge perceptions of girls playing football. It has been viewed 35 million times and was a ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 "Pick of the week".
