LONDON (Brand Republic) - Budget airline EasyJet has appointed Reckitt Benckiser鈥檚 chief financial officer Colin Day and former chief executive of Telewest Tony Illsley to its board.
The company has restructured and expanded its board ahead of its flotation on the London Stock Exchange at the end of the year. The company already has two non-executive directors and is looking for a fifth.
EasyJet has also changed Ray Webster鈥檚 job title from managing director to chief executive officer. (Electronic Telegraph)
