UK-based e-consultancy Nucleus has joined forces with Scandinavian e-consulting group Adera in a deal worth pounds 10 million.
Nucleus founder Peter Matthews said that the deal provided the company with a way to fuel its expansion plans into Europe to target what he said was a growing, yet increasingly fragmented, marketplace.
'There's a window of opportunity for the UK market. The size of the projects are on a huge expanding scale and we can't complete them on our own. We needed to gain scale to enable us to do that. This deal means that we'll have a larger pool of clients, including Adera's clients such as Volvo ,' he said
