At the end of this month the brand will debut a dark-chocolate pudding and a lemon variant in Waitrose, sold in packs of two. The group is planning to launch family-sized puddings later in the year.
A Duchy Originals spokeswoman said: 'We are looking for ways in which we can expand the brand as the market for organic products continues to grow.'
The desserts are the latest innovation from Duchy. Last month it launched a range of organic teas, targeting consumers embarking on a January health kick.
In November last year Duchy launched its first ad campaign, created by Publicis Dialog, to encourage consumers to try its premium organic range.
The Duchy Originals label, which is owned by the Prince of Wales' Charities Trust, was launched in 1992 with an oaten biscuit range. It has steadily expanded its portfolio to 130 products, from preserves to hair products made with organic essential oils.
Duchy first achieved profitability in 1999; by 2004, this had reached £1m. Since its launch, the company has donated £3.5m in profits to the Prince of Wales' Charitable Foundation.
