
Naylor joins the hotel from its sister group One&Only Resorts, also owned by Kerzner International.
She operated as director of brand communications for One&Only Resorts between 2003 and 2007.
The new marketing boss is developing a debut campaign to help create a brand identity for Atlantis, The Palm. She is also charged with establishing a new CRM programme.
The ocean-themed hotel, which has more than 1,500 rooms, opens in September.
The holiday destination is a $1.5bn joint venture involving Dubai Government-owned investment group Istithmar.
