
The agency has continued to grow throughout 2014 after a record year and expects to add to staff numbers before the end of this year.
Dale Parmenter, managing director at DRP Group, said: "At our summer conference where we announced our five-year plan, we set the ambitious target of growing our team to 250. Hitting 150 is obviously an important milestone on the way to this target."
He added the agency was not simply hiring to meet targets but said that rapid growth across the business divisions would need to be supported by the best talent, which would mean bringing in the right experienced, passionate individuals to join the team.
The group’s apprenticeship scheme has helped bring on board new talent with four apprentices making the transition to full-time employment in the past year. The acquisition of Grosvenor Film also saw five new faces join the expanding London office, while the DRP Digital Media team has seen significant growth with the team doubling in size in the past 18 months.
to DRP Group inciude Sara Lyddy and Mark Roddy, who joined as account managers earlier this month, with responsibliity for the agency's financial services sector clients.
