Construction work will begin to build a 150-bedroom hotel on the site. It will feature conferencing facilities to compliment its exisiting offerings.
The hotel will be located in the theme park's surrounding parkland and has been designed to blend in with the woodland setting.
Its air-conditioned suites can cater for events attended by 20 to 400 guests.
Drayton Manor's Tower and Hamilton suites recently underwent a complete refurbishment, which included the installation of a wi-fi connection, new decor, fixtures and fittings, enhanced lighting, new furniture and improved toilet facilities.
