The agency will help the four finalists market a new aftershave, which they will launch to an audience of industry experts, including representatives from the luxury brands Givenchy and Estée Lauder.
David Balko, the new-business director at DraftFCB, said: "We really were pleased to get involved in a programme which is currently getting eight million viewers on prime time TV.
"It was great fun having the Apprentice contestants and team in our offices for two days."
Draft FCB provided facilities and advice to the finalists in the marketing part of their challenge. They produce a TV and print campaign for the fragrance.
Balko said: "Usually we spend a few days preparing for a pitch, but here we only had a matter of minutes."
DraftFCB representatives last night attended a screening of the final, and the filming of the You're Fired programme - but Balko remained tight-lipped on the identity of the winner.
The show screens tomorrow evening on BBC1 at 9pm.
