The awards celebrate the best in planning and production in magazine advertising, with a panel of judges including Nick Suckley, founder Agenda21; Dino Myers-Lamptey, head of strategy, the7stars; Hamid Habib, managing partner, strategy, OMD; Sarah Francis, promotions director, 20th Century Fox, and Rachel Bull, editor, Brand Republic.
The judges awarded SONY Mobile Xperia Z1 Compact: 'Great Things Come' campaign, in collaboration with Shortlist, Best use of Innovation, as it "stood out for pushing the boundaries of creativity by integrating key product features into the campaign execution."
UM London won new category, Best Use of Social Media, for their Microsoft Windows Phone campaign with NME, which also came highly commended in Best Use Partnership or Collaboration.

Further winners included Kopparberg UK: Eklectik Magazine, by GoodStuff, which was highly commended in Best Use of Print and new category Best Use of Content, and won Best Partnership or Collaboration.
Ford Fiesta 24 hr Stylist Issue by Mindshare also did well, receiving a highly commended mention for the Innovation category and winning the award for Best Use of Content for "a great illustration of what a magazine can do in many different ways, on different platforms, with content that produced great results for its commercial partner."
