The pizza delivery giant also said that it would be increasing advertising spend to £20m during 2009.
This week it was revealed that KFC is planning to open 300 new restaurants over the next three to five years. The fast food chain, which already has an existing 760 outlets in the UK, is understood to be bucking the trend of the recession, with more consumers purchasing cheaper eat-out deals. New stores are part of £150m investment that will create around 9,000 jobs in the UK.
