DLKW boosts creative firepower following Morrisons win

Delaney Lund Knox Warren & Partners is restructuring its creative department and has promoted its art director, Keith Terry, to the position of creative director.

Terry, who has worked on DLKW's RAF and Vauxhall accounts, will now partner the copywriter Jon Elsom. Terry's former partner, Paula Marcantonio, has left the agency.

In addition, the agency has appointed three new creative teams. Ira Joseph and Jackie Steers join from Publicis, where they have worked since 1997 on campaigns including Renault Clio's "va va voom".

Jeremy Cripps and James Connolly join from Banc, where they have been since 2003. They will work on DLKW's Opel, eBay, AA and HBOS clients.

Marc Bennet joins from McCann Erickson, where he spent three years as creative director.

He had previously worked at Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R on accounts including Royal Navy, Virgin and The Times.

DLKW has also hired Adam Fish and David Feldman following a work placement.

The expansion of the department follows the agency's £36 million Morrisons win. Malcolm Green and Gary Betts, DLKW's joint executive creative directors, said: "These hirings demonstrate how committed the agency is to creativity. They bring a mix of youth and experience."
