
Head chef Tom Gore thought-up the three-course meal that contains all the major detox foods.
Organisers can chose to incorporate one or two dishes from the healthy list, or go for the full works of seared scallops with lime, chilli, fresh mint and broccoli sprouts, Mirin infused salmon with udon noodles and spiced Perry and green tea poached pears.
Prices start from £39 per person for lunch or £45 for dinner, and if one or more courses are chosen organisers will receive 15 per cent off the bill.
The menu is available at all of Dish's venues including No.4 Hamilton Place, Madame Tussauds, The Roudhouse and the Natural History Museum.
